Subject: Drawing attention to lack of medical care to inmates of High-Risk ward inside Tihar

Dear Mr. Satyendra Jain

This is to bring to your notice thatproper medical care is not being provided to inmates in Tihar. This has been brought to our attention through a letter written by inmates of High-Risk ward in the Central Jail of Tihar. Please find attached a copy of the letter for your perusal. The letter gives details of the problems being suffered by these prisoners on account of improper medical attention.

This is to request you to kindly intervene in the matter and do the needful in ensuring that the inmates get proper medical attention.
