PUDR through the Home Ministry, Delhi Govermment had sough information on the status of inmates in Tihar jail, w.r.t. 

1. Total number of Prisoners - undertrials and convicted  

2. Undertrials as on Length of Stay

3. Number of Children in Jail with age group.

4.  Offence wise Break up on Chldren.
