The story of two brothers, one was the resident of Canada, other the allegedly involved in  drug trafficking. Both were picked up by police and remanded to judicial custody. One found dead after nine months and other also found dead a year after his arrest.Wife of one of the brother who was from Canada tried her level best to get justice. However, her effort went in vain due to procedural delays in getting the post-mortem report,  CFSL report, and hence the SDM inquiry. Finally she had to abandon everything and went back to Canada never, to return. The case relating to charges of drug trafficking was virtually abandoned after 21 months with both the accused dying in Tihar jail before the the court could pronounced any judgment.
